This is the official website of the S.M.S. Giuseppe Garibaldi lodge, located in Follansbee West Virginia.


The object and the purpose for this  corporation is as follows: To promote social and fraternal fellowship for financial aid and support among its worthy persons; to practice social and  fraternal relationship among men of kindred thoughts, purpose and ideals and the  infinite benefits accruing there from; to promote patriotism and honorable peace  among men and nations; to promote brotherhood and love among ourselves; liberty, justice and fraternity among mankind for the mutual betterment, benefit and  protection of our loved ones.

This video was shot in 1989 during the annual Garibaldi days celebration in Follansbee, West Virginia. This celebration was held each year on the first weekend in August, and was much anticipated by the residence of Follansbee and of Brooke County.
